The patio is one of the treasures of this village house, as it is a space that invites contemplation and enjoyment of the surroundings. It gives light to a large part of the house, which is why the entire exterior was painted white and the original wooden doors were respected and restored. 

From the courtyard you can access the ground floor. The living room is the main room, although on the same level there are also the dining room, the kitchen and a toilet. "In the living room we kept the chimney shot, but we gave it a modern touch," explains Van Castro, author of the project. 

Dining room to share with your family. The dining room, located between the kitchen and the living room, receives abundant natural light. 

Throughout the house, white walls and stoneware  floors are predominant elements. Partitions have been opened, doors have been dispensed with and large windows have been placed that allow the light to circulate freely throughout the house, which has been a success, since the kitchen overlooks the patio and the living room, and now it seems much more spacious and bright. Now you can enjoy the views of the courtyard and its greenery," he adds.
It is located right in front of the window from which you access the patio. Above the table there is a skylight that further enhances the entry of natural light. A touch of warmth is provided by the round wooden table and wicker chairs. "Here the important thing was to generate a sense of peace and harmony with neutral and fresh tones – such as blue – that would invite rest," explains Van Castro. 

It consists of three bedrooms, with a large wardrobe at the foot of the bed.
